Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to btbaji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and btbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the btbaji platform — including the Lobby, sports betting section, live casino, or any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility

To register and use btbaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

btbaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this policy.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on btbaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your btbaji account with any other person.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact btbaji support immediately via live chat.
• btbaji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

btbaji may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payments

btbaji supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. btbaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any such deposits will be returned to the source minus any applicable transaction fees.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your btbaji account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• btbaji does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your btbaji account balance and can be used across all games in the Lobby, sports betting, and live casino sections.
• btbaji reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be connected to fraudulent activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on btbaji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, our support team will assist you with an alternative.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown at the time of the request.
• btbaji may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and is not a reflection on your account standing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

btbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Bonuses are credited to your btbaji account in a separate bonus balance and are applied to eligible games only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once by creating additional accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• btbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If btbaji determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

btbaji is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with btbaji games or the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables and poker variants.
• Placing bets designed to exploit bonus terms rather than to participate in genuine gameplay.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your location.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using btbaji for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing btbaji staff or other players via any communication channel.

btbaji monitors all accounts and betting activity continuously. Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviours will be reviewed, and action will be taken without prior warning where necessary. All decisions made by btbaji regarding fair play violations are final.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

btbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw during the suspension period. btbaji will contact you via the email address registered to your account with details of the investigation and any steps required from you.

If you wish to close your btbaji account voluntarily, contact support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability
